SHIPPING COSTS FOR HOME DELIVERY
Shipping costs are free for all online orders of $199 or more (Before taxes).
With the exception of gift cards, delivery rates of $14.99 plus tax apply to every online order when the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping is not met, regardless of the number of items or the delivery address in Canada.
Shipping costs for gift cards are $2.95 plus tax when the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping is not met.
International shipping is also available. We will contact you regarding the shipping cost after you placed your order!

Please note that if your delivery address is a postal box, the carrier will be Canada Post.
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the order form.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING POLICY :
For any order confirmed before 12h, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), the order will ship the same day

Any overshoot in terms of time will not lead either to damages nor to withholding or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
PARCEL DELAYED OR LOST :
In any event, and in accordance with the consumer, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of ninety days from the date when the Buyer has registered his order, subject to full payment.
If a failure to deliver on the expiry of that period, the Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel the order. The amounts paid by the Buyer will be refunded without delay, to the exclusion of any other compensation. Buyer must make his request in writing (email to the address listed under “Contact Us!” website of Figure 8 - Musky Shop) Which will allow Figure 8 - Musky Shop improves the quality of service that can be offered to the Buyer.
When advised of a delay, Figure 8 Musky Shop then conducts an investigation with the carrier concerned in order to find the package and have it delivered to the customer.
An investigation with the carrier can last up to 21 days. If during this period, the package containing the product is found, it will be forwarded to the Buyer's address. If the package is lost, Figure 8 Musky Shop will offer the customer to reship their order or refund it.
INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED DELIVERY
If one or more item(s) are missing from your order, Be sure to notify us promptly. If one or more item(s) from your order are damaged, be sure to notify us promptly. We will follow up with you quickly.
